Welcome to 8ráBeo Holistics
By Gráinne Staunton
A calm place to put some of the load down.
If you’re constantly “on”, finding it hard to switch off, navigating fertility, or simply feeling like everyone needs something from you, you don’t have to wait until you’re at breaking point to ask for support.
I’m Gráinne Staunton, a Clinical Reflexologist, Reproflexologist™, Orthotist and Holistic Therapist in Claregalway. I combine clinical understanding with deeply restorative complementary therapies, giving you protected time to feel supported, reconnect with yourself and exhale for a while.
The name 8ráBeo (pronounced Grá Beo) combines the Irish words Grá (love) and Beo (alive) with the infinity symbol. This reflecting a belief in supporting people to live well in mind, body and spirit.

“Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stressed and unsure where to turn next. I ask my clients for just one hour – around 4% of their day – to step away from the pressures they are carrying. My role is to provide a supportive space where they can relax, reconnect with themselves and leave feeling calmer and better able to face whatever comes next.”
